If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Your Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Rights

 


We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible:

 

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Refund and Exchange Process

 


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days and if it is exchange you will get the same within 14 days. You will not be charged any fee for this.


Please note:

 

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

 


 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

 


We do not accept returns on:

 

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (like unsealed earrings)

  • Items mixed with other goods after delivery

  • Goods that are damaged after delivery or past expiry

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot offer refunds without receiving the item or valid proof of delivery.
